Installing Your LED Strip Lights
We've made sure our led light strips are easy to install. Start by cleaning and preparing the surface where you'll be attaching the strip. Then, measure and cut the strip to the desired length, ensuring you cut at designated points. Peel off the adhesive backing and carefully stick the led tape to the surface, pressing firmly to ensure good adhesion. Finally, connect the strip to a power supply and optional controller. 12V vs 24V LED Strip Lights
Generally 12V strips are typically easier to work with for shorter runs up to 5m strips, while 24V strips are better suited for longer installations up to 10m as they provide consistent brightness over greater distances. RGB LED Strip Colour Options
We offer both RGBW and white led strip lights, with both cool white and warm white options in 3000K, 4000K, and 6000K options. Our RGBW led strip lights offer the full range of colours, allowing for the perfect branding or mood lighting. With our LED controllers you can control the leds using an app to unlock versatile lighting for any situation.
COB vs SMD LED Strips
COB (Chip on Board) and SMD (Surface Mount Device) LED strips are two popular types of LED lighting solutions. COB LED strips provide a more uniform light output and better heat dissipation. How Long Will Delivery Take?
We offer next day delivery on any orders above £75, and for orders using our 24-hour shipping. Any orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
How Bright Are The Light Strips?
Our led strip lights offer 85 lumens per Watt of light output. Our strip lights are dimmable, provided they are installed using an optional controller. This is bright enough to illuminate most spaces, however they are best used as supplemental or accent lighting.
How Long Will They Last?
While our warranty lasts 3 years, the real estimated lifetime of our strip lights is up to 50,000 running hours, or over 30 years. Install them now and enjoy them for decades.
Can I Use LED Strip Lights Outdoors?
Unfortunately, no. Our light strips are indoor products, with an IP Rating of 20. While they are durable, they are not waterproof so we do not recommend use in outdoor spaces. While you can get outdoor rated strips, ours are lighter and easier to install indoors.
